Schedule: Private class. Please pick your own schedule. Suggested enrolling one day, all day class, 8am-3pm or so. Please let me know at least 30 days prior your chosen class schedule.

This is hand-on massage / bodywork class. The session is done with clothes on at all times. There is not massage lubricant involved in the session.

Thai stretching therapy helps to Increase body flexibility, promote mobility in joints and increases range of motion, maintain health and well-being, relieve stress and tension, reduce stiffness, and provide deep relaxation. The Thai stretching therapy stretches most parts of the body. When you are receiving Thai stretching therapy, it is similar to you are having someone using your body to do yoga.

Note: This class is restricted to people with herniated disc of any types.
