Thank you for your interest in learning about authentic Thai massage: a unique technique from Thailand unlike any other!

Thai massage provides healing, deep penetrating massage, deep relaxation, and holisticly balances your health. Other benefits of Thai massage includes rejuvenation, relaxation, relief, and improved energy.

In Thailand, there are numerous Thai massage practices all over the country. In Bangkok or in tourist areas, you will find at least one Thai massage service on almost every city block. Additionally, there are at least five to ten massage therapists (sometimes more) working in each business, and these therapists are always busy.

Thai massage has been increasing in popularity not only in Thailand, but also world wide. Many people travel to Thailand just to receive Thai massage treatments at resorts and spas. In the U.S., Thai massage has been among the fastest growing type of massage over the past few decades. This means that there are plenty of job opportunities in resorts, spas, and in private practice.

I am offering intensive, authentic Thai massage training for serious learners at my studio in downtown Northfield, Minnesota. The courses are open to licensed, certified, professional massage therapists, and anyone interested in learning Thai massage. Each class runs 2-5 days, 8am-5pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.

These intensive classes training will be hard for your body the first few days in class, and you will very likely be a bit sore during the first few days. However, this method of intensive practice during the class sessions should help eliminate the feeling that you didn’t have enough time to practice or that you do not feel confident in your Thai massage techniques. After you complete the classes, you will have the confidence needed to start offering the services to your clients, family members or loved ones.

You will receive a certificate of achievement from Healing Massage at the end of the class, if you fulfill all the class goals and requirements.

The class goals include:

Educating you about authentic Thai massage practices.
Assisting you to have intensive, hands-on experience in class and develop the best possible skills and techniques.
Maximizing your confidence in Thai massage theory, learn how science applies to Thai massage, and provide hands-on practice.
Training you to be one of the best Thai massage therapists.

By learning to practice Thai massage you’ll bring health and healing to the community.
